More Than Our Rank gives institutions a way to describe achievements,
ambitions and contributions that ranking indicators overlook.
The initiative is open to every academic institution: highly ranked, lower ranked or unranked.
Why participate?
Universities have different missions, communities and priorities.
A single ranking position cannot represent the full range of their research,
education, innovation and wider contribution.
By joining More Than Our Rank, institutions can explain their contribution on their own terms
and demonstrate support for a broader approach to institutional assessment.
